Crowd for Meet & Smile!
Braviseamo! was as impressive as ever! (Check out the videos in my previous blog post.) The Easter Wonderland parade had this catchy tune "... Bunny Hop Hop Bunny Hop Hop..." that I couldn't manage to get out of my head for quite a while. It was quite funny to see Mickey run from one float to the next during the parade though. Must have been an exhausting performance for him.

I'd have to say I hate the lottery system, because out of the 6 times I drew the lottery for either Big Band Beat or One Man's Dream II, I only won ONCE! It's an incredibly stupid system, and I must say I was glad that at least it wasn't in operation during the weekdays when the crowd was smaller. That wasn't the case when I visited in Dec last year. The 1st show of the day is not subject to the lottery, though I recalled this wasn't implemented last year as well.
Journey to the Center of the Earth - down yet again for maintenance. I wonder why its always down when I visited in June and December. This time round, the cast members were offering guided tours (in Japanese) of the queue area of the ride until 30 June.

It rained on Tuesday and Wednesday, and I found it quite strange that only some of the parade performers wore raincoats. Also, the cast members informing the guests about the parade were standing in the rain without raincoats / umbrella, and it was pouring quite heavily at that. I hoped none of them fell sick.
Beauty and the Beast - in raincoats!
Weekends at TDR are crowded as usual, but the Saturday (Jun 12) when we went was even more packed than I had imagined possible. We didn't manage to sit on any rides because the queue was simply too long for my kid to patiently wait it out. Fast passes were all gone by the time we got there (around 10am), and only Space Mountain was available for grabs. That wasn't to say we didn't manage to enjoy ourselves though, as we had a good time visiting the shops, watching the parades and simply gorging ourselves on the food ^o^;
Crowd at Disneyland - stretching for as far as the eye can see!
Fast passes accumulated for one of the least crowded days!
The rest of the days were spent shopping at Lalaport, Ikspiria, Chiba and Shopper's Plaza at Shin Urayasu. My friend wanted to go to Loft, and the Ikspiria information counter lady was only able to direct us to either Funabashi or *gasp* Shibuya. I didn't want to travel to to the Yamanote line as its quite far away, so we opted to go Chiba as we've never visited there before. It was a gamble, but we did find Loft there, along with Yodobashi camera where we bought this huge Mickey alarm clock ^o^.
I spotted this liquor during my first day at the Ikspiria supermarket. Too bad I only had one cup of it before I fell ill. I left the rest of it in the fridge for the next guest, but the hotel staff would probably have thrown it away when they packed the room.
Chocolate Liquor ^o^
The rest of the photos can be found here. Here's some of them with commentaries:
Mickey swarmed by his fans - we managed to get a photo with him in that crowd!
Climax of Legend of Mythica
Stars of the show - this is during the Easter Wonderland parade
Stitch in one of his more contemplative moments? No way! He showed me his bum just a few seconds before this shot ^o^; Too bad I couldn't capture that
Statues of the seven dwarfs replaced by their Easter equivalent!
Scenic view of the Tower of Terror from the Electric Railway station
Waterfall at Tom Sawyer's island
No trip report would be complete without pics of Cinderella's castle
