I decided to leave my trusty EF-S 18-200mm behind and take only my new EF-S 17-55mm F2.8, just to cut down on the weight. The battery grip stays behind too. Hopefully, the pics won't turn out too bad - I definitely won't be able to capture zoomed in shots though. I'm depending on the 15 MP sensor of my Canon 50D to crop out those scenes ^o^
